We ship globally (excluding some Asian and remote regions) using reliable carriers to ensure your gardening supplies arrive safely.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Shipping Options
- Standard Shipping (£12.95):
- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
- Free Shipping (Orders over £50):
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
Gardening Tip: While waiting for your delivery, why not prepare your garden space? Clear the area and ensure proper sunlight for your new plants!
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your gardening purchases. If you’re not happy, we offer a simple returns process for most items.
Our Returns Policy
You may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange. To be eligible:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition as received
- The item must be in its original packaging
- You must have the original receipt or proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
Due to their nature, we cannot accept returns for:
- Live plants (including Artichoke Plants, Asparagus Plants, Brassica & Leafy Green Plants, and All Other Vegetable Plants)
- Perishable goods (seeds including All Other Vegetable Seeds and Brassica & Leafy Green Seeds)
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Items marked as “final sale”
Important: We carefully inspect all plants before shipping. If you receive damaged or unhealthy plants, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos.
How to Return an Item
- Contact Us: Email our customer service at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use our template below.
- Wait for Approval: We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions and an RMA number.
- Package Your Return: Securely pack the item(s) in original packaging with the RMA number clearly visible.
- Ship Your Return: Send to our return address using a trackable service. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 5 business days):
- Refunds: Issued to your original payment method:
- 3-5 business days for credit/debit card refunds
- 24-48 hours for PayPal refunds

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
