Prunus ‘Snow Showers’

Commonly known as Hillings Weeping Cherry, this dwarf cultivar makes a fine specimen tree for confined spaces. From late March, the dazzling white blooms create a breathtaking avalanche of cherry blossom that crowds the pendulous branches. The autumns display is equally impressive as the green summer foliage turns to orange, gold and scarlet. Prunus ‘Snow Showers’ is a compact deciduous tree that will tolerate almost any free draining soil, except for shallow chalk. Height and spread: 3m (10’).
