This lovely little alpine plant forms low, creeping mats which will spill from alpine troughs, rock gardens, border edges and gravel gardens. It can also be planted in crevices and between flag stones where it will resist moderate foot traffic. From April to May, Potentilla neumaniana bears a profusion of cheery yellow, buttercup-like flowers on short, wiry stems above small, aromatic leaves. It provides an early source of nectar and pollen for foraging bees. Height: 20cm (8”). Spread: 30cm (12”).
Plant height and spread is seasonal therefore we list by pot size rather than a defined plant size. The height and spread of the plant delivered will vary depending on the season, meaning arrival images are an indication only.
