Long Cold Frame

This superb, strong and durable long cold frame provides a large growing space in which to enjoy early crops, harden off young plants or protect tender plants over winter. Working to warm both the soil and the air, the cold frame can either be placed directly onto the soil or onto a raised base. Sliding panels in the roof and sides allow ventilation and easy access, whilst the aluminium frame comes with a 25-year guarantee. This jumbo cold frame comes flat packed for easy home assembly and is available in either a 6ft or an 8ft length. 

6ft cold frame – Length: 183cm (6ft). Depth: 121cm (4ft). Height: 82cm (2ft 8in).
8ft cold frame – Length: 236cm (7ft 9in). Depth: 121cm (4ft). Height: 82cm (2ft 8in). 3mm toughened safety glass. Optional shelves can be fitted, up to a maximum of 8 shelves.
