Hydrangea paniculata ‘Wim’s Red’ is a spectacular variety. Its strong, claret red stems carry 30cm (12″) long, sweetly scented flowerheads which emerge white in July, colouring to pink in late summer. As autumn approaches the blooms finally mature to an intense wine red that provides a magnificent display. This fully hardy, deciduous shrub makes an excellent addition to mixed borders, providing a very long season of interest given its intriguing colour changes throughout the growing season. Height and spread: 2m (78″).
Plant height and spread is seasonal therefore we list by pot size rather than a defined plant size. The height and spread of the plant delivered will vary depending on the season, meaning arrival images are an indication only.
