Free Economy Shipping: 15-25 day delivery via EMS for orders over £50
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We’re proud to ship worldwide (excluding Asia and some remote locations). Our global shipping brings affordable gardening to international plant lovers while ensuring plants arrive in good condition.
Why does delivery take 10-25 days?
Plants require careful handling and cannot be rushed like conventional packages. Our delivery times account for proper packing, customs clearance (for international orders), and careful transportation to ensure your plants arrive healthy.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
We offer a 15-day return policy from receipt if any item doesn’t meet your expectations. Please contact our customer care team to arrange returns and we’ll ensure your gardening experience remains positive.
What if my plants arrive damaged?
While we take every precaution with packaging, occasionally issues may occur. If your plants arrive damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged items. We’ll happily replace them or issue a refund.
Can I return live plants?
Due to the perishable nature of live plants, we can only accept returns if they arrive damaged or if we’ve sent the wrong item. Please contact us immediately if either situation occurs.
